Depending on the model type and year, the serial number can be found stamped into the metal of the frame in one of two locations on your ebike by Rad Power Bikes:

1. On the front or back of the head tube below the RAD head tube badge

  OR

      2. On the underside of the bottom bracket

We recommend keeping the serial number for your records and registering your bike with bikeindex.org to help recover your bike in the event it gets lots or stolen. For more information, check out the Help Center article on registering your ebike.
